Summary
You will be responsible for holding your own caseload , be able to carry out initial assessments and communicate the outcomes back to the team. All service users under your care will have an up to date occupational therapy plan that has been negotiated with them to meet their individual needs You will establish and maintain links with other agencies working with this patient group such as midwifery and health visiting teams to ensure that effective communication and interface takes place You will also be able to establish and maintain links with other Occupational Therapists within in the Trust and across the perinatal network, participating in the development of Occupational Therapy within this speciality Please see attached Job Description and Person Specification.
