Chef job description:
Prepare a variety of French dishes, including Venaison, Linguine crevette geantes and other menu items ensuring their quality.
Oversee and monitor consistency and quality in every dish served, maintaining our restaurant's reputation for excellence.
Collaborate with the head chef to create and propose new recipes and ingredients, ensuring the menu remains fresh and engaging.
Examine the freshness and quality of ingredients received from suppliers.
Ensure smooth kitchen operations, during peak times, by managing and guiding kitchen staff for an organized kitchen, and adhering to health and safety regulations along with food hygiene standard.
