Summary
Requirements: Proven experience in a community healthcare setting, ideally within reablement or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills Flexibility to work every other weekend and evening shifts (7.5 hours) between 08:00 and 22:00 hours. A valid UK driver's license and access to a car.
