Summary

ASSET MANAGER
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm
Location: Churchill Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7LE


G4S Facilities Management we have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis based at Churchill Hospital, Oxford.

We are looking for a hard working individual to be responsible for O&M depository for two Hospital PFI contracts, variation process pertaining to delivery of HFM capital projects and their associated H&S files, O&M and RDS files and CAFM updates, as well as lifecycle process and delivering lifecycle projects on time and on budget, whilst ensuring a focus to the requirements of PFI handback in terms of the above

Responsibilities
Maintaining and updating the asset databases.
Implementation of an Asset Management Process and P&L responsibility for Assets team and projects.
Maintaining and updating record drawings.
Cradle to grave variation process.
Responsible for compliance of all work undertaken.
Adherence to all HTMs, Legislation and Regulations.
Prepare contracts for handback, with respect to asset and drawing records.
Review and implement safe systems of work for tasks within scope.
Client and internal stakeholder liaison.
Coordination with Site Teams.
Self Monitoring of tasks within scope.
Compiling reports and statistics as required.
Drive positive & agile team culture in all aspects of the contract delivery.
Updating of CAFM system, via CAFM team, where changes of assets and maintenance programmes are required.
Mentoring the team, both direct reports and other internal stakeholders to achieve an understanding of the importance of structured management of assets.



The Ideal Candidate:
Essential
Experience of Asset Management processes in a PFI environment.
Use of CAFM systems and understanding of CAD.
Experience of managing a team of circa 3 personnel.
Demonstrable experience of delivering projects on time and on budget.
Experience of P&L responsibility and experience of managing variation processes.
Experience of implementing and maintaining positive and successful client relationships.
Knowledge and understanding of HTMs and Statutory & Regulatory compliance.
IOSH Managing Safely.
