We are seeking to appoint a Team Secretary to provide support to the Home Treatment Team. As a key member of the administration team this is a varied role involving all aspects of secretarial and general administration duties.

It is essential that the applicant is able to work on their own initiative, can demonstrate effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and process enquiries in a confidential and timely manner.

The role is 30hrs per week, working Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The post holder will need to be well organised, able to multitask and possess excellent interpersonal skills. To provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service to the Team Manager and clinical staff within the team. To operate within the team’s systems and act as part of a wider administration/secretarial team. The successful candidate will be a consummate team player possessing excellent written and verbal skills with an eye for detail and demonstrate proficient keyboard/computer skills.
