Summary


We are looking for a driven individual who aims to provide the best systems support for system end users.

Main responsibilities will consist of:
• To assist with regular finance systems maintenance and support in the department.
• To assist Head of systems in keeping the department compliant and up to date with technological changes and improvements.
• To assist and provide first line administrative support to the finance end users for the finance system and any other applications used in the Finance department.
• To assist the end users across the trust in the use of finance systems.

1. Excellent attention to detail must be one of their core strengths and their approach must be methodical and precise. Reliable and enthusiastic with good attention to detail, this person will need to be able to work accurately to tight deadlines.

2. The individual will be required to understand the rationale behind many standard and systems processes and therefore be able to build good relationships and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. The individual will need to be able to assist the drive towards process improvement, aided by general systems awareness and be constantly striving to display trust values when doing so.

• Assist with maintenance of the trust’s financial systems on a day to day. (Demonstrate prior experience of administrative systems related tasks)
• Carry out in a timely manner period end routines.
• Uploading various feeds from external systems. Payroll feed, supply chain feed.
• Review and process e-forms.
• Awareness of the mechanics of system Interfaces.
• To provide periodic reports supporting good system governance.
• Supporting the process of maintaining system hierarchies in line with SFI's and the Authorized signatory database.
• To be responsible for maintaining documentation relating to system maintenance tasks, regular review and updates of procedures.
• To assist with planned developments by testing upgrades and documenting processes.
• To assist with changes to working practices or procedures to utilize enhanced or automated system capabilities to ease manual workloads and
• Maintain documentation to an auditable standard for new user setups and other similar requests.
• Provide first line of support on Integra helpdesk.
• Assist with the safeguarding of Integra software and password access and security.
• Assist with carrying out Month end and Year-end routines.
• Assist with the implementation of recommendations provided by internal or external audit.
