We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mobile Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness at various sites. This role involves performing cleaning tasks, overseeing the cleaning team, conducting site audits, and managing cleaning covers to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning Duties:
Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
Fulfill cleaning covers as needed to meet specific client requirements.
Ensure the safe and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Administrative Duties:
Provide feedback on team performance, inventory levels, and client feedback.
Conduct site audits to evaluate cleanliness and compliance with established standards.
Prepare reports on audit findings, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
Work with the team to address any issues found during audits and implement corrective actions.
