The Education Quality Team are able to provide an opportunity to work within a small but friendly team whose main focus is the education and training of non-medical learners from a number of Universities, and UHS staff through Continuous Professional and Personal development management.

You will need to have an eye for detail and accuracy, as well as be creative, enthusiastic and flexible. You will need to be able to raise questions and communicate verbally and in writing across a range of staff. You will need to be able to manage several workstreams at a time and be able to prioritise these. You will be willing to learn and take on new skills and knowledge alongside the ability to manage busy times with a smile.

This role offers an exciting and interesting insight into the many aspects of the role an NHS Trust has with regard to the education and training of both students and staff.

You will be responsible for supporting the Education Business Admin Manager in the Education Quality Team in key organisational-wide workstreams including, attending multi-professional meetings and note-taking, management of Continuous Personal Professional Development applications, supporting placement systems and processes for a range of undergraduate non-medical students / T levels, all of which require communications across the organisation. The focus of our team is to provide high-quality learning (education or placement) which impacts directly on the quality of care our patients receive.
