About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the personal care needs of our clients in their homes, always respecting their dignity and promoting their independence. You will ensure that care services are consistently delivered to a high standard, assisting with various day-to-day activities.
Reporting to: Care Coordinator / Home Care Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care to clients, following care plans while respecting the dignity and independence of each individual.
• Ensure care services are consistently provided to a high standard.
• Maintain a flexible approach to meet business needs as required.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Skills and Attributes
• A caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.
• Access to a car and a full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
