Summary
deVOL Kitchens is one of the leading and most highly regarded kitchen companies in the UK, with manufacturing and design offices based in Leicestershire, London, Bath and New York.
We are looking for highly motivated, capable, and friendly people to join our rapidly growing team of highly experienced sprayers and hand painters in our Spray Shop department.
Your role will involve:
- Spray painting and brush painting furniture to a high standard.
- Prepping of wooden components ready for coating.
- Maintaining our Spray Booths and equipment.
- Ensuring work is completed in a timely manner.
- Organising and transporting finished components to other departments.
- Helping our sanding team out when necessary.
We would love you to:
- Work effectively to adhere to all deadlines.
- Be punctual and logically minded.
- Have a strong eye for detail.
- Be able to identify and solve problems as they arise.
- Have good time management skills.
- Have some previous experience, in a furniture painting/finishing role (advantageous).
This role will include lots of manual handling and standing for long periods of time.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and during your first year, you will receive training in the role and performance appraisals where your pay will be reviewed. After this, we offer annual pay reviews and continued support from the team.
You will receive 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) which can increase with length of service and experience, as well as life insurance, a wellness program, cycle 2 work scheme and company events.
