Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Care Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent care to residents.
Responsibilities
- Organise and oversee all administrative aspects of the care home
- Computerise records and maintain accurate documentation
- Utilise Google Suite for efficient communication and data management
- Manage financial tasks using QuickBooks / Sage
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when dealing with residents, families, and staff
- Maintain office organisation and efficiency
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry and typing
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting is essential
- Proficiency in using computerised systems for record-keeping
- Familiarity with Google Suite for communication and documentation purposes
- Knowledge of QuickBooks / Sage for financial management is advantageous
- Strong phone etiquette skills when interacting with various stakeholders
- Ability to maintain office organisation and perform clerical tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.92-£14.04 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
