Our client, a well-established, RCVS accredited small animal practice, is located in a popular market town in Nottinghamshire. The practice is easily accessible from junction 28 of the M1, with excellent transport links to and around Leicester and Derbyshire. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take on a Senior Vet role and lead their outstanding team.

This role offers the chance to work in a spacious practice equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The practice performs routine surgeries, diagnostic tests, ultrasound imaging, dental procedures, and more, all within their in-house lab. They strive to provide the best clinical care while maintaining an excellent working environment, allowing vets the freedom to make the best clinical decisions for their patients. The practice emphasises a collaborative approach and supports career aspirations within a supportive working environment.

You will join a friendly, experienced team with a loyal customer base. The practice fosters a family feel and a happy culture, with some staff members having been part of the team for over 17 years. The team includes experienced vets and nurses, two clinical coaches, and they are committed to encouraging career development. In this role, you will be fully supported and work closely with the Practice Manager to oversee the practice and clinical team on a day-to-day basis. The Rota:
• Full time role between 30 and 40 hours per week
• Part time and flexi options available
• Saturday morning rota
• 15-minute consults as standard with allocated catch-up time as well as protected lunch breaks for the team
