Join PA Betting Services, where precision and speed are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering
real-time, accurate data for international horse racing and UK Greyhound services.
This isn’t just another desk job – you’ll be at the forefront of live data coordination, ensuring that our cutting-edge systems
perform seamlessly, and every race is captured in detail. Working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you’ll
contribute to the smooth operation of our 24/7 service. If you're ready for a role where your expertise directly impacts the

What you'll be doing.
* Pre-race data collection, preparation, and distribution.
* Live betting and results processing for:
1. UK Horse and Greyhound Racing
2. South African Horse Racing
3. French Horse Racing
4. Japanese Horse Racing
5. Indian Horse Racing
6. Selected other territories
* Respond to Racing Customer Services and customer queries in a flexible, professional manner.
* Liaising with third party suppliers and data providers.
* Ensure that any live data issues are clearly communicated to senior staff and shift leaders for follow up.
* Understanding of downstream customer impact and the importance of escalating live data errors immediately.
* Horse Racing and Greyhound co-ordinating, such as publishing advisory notifications, checking, validating, and analysing live
data and liaising with correspondents and data providers.

* Excellent communication skills?
* The ability to comfortably work under pressure whilst adhering to KPI targets?
* Willingness to work within a 24/7, 365 days a year racing schedule?
* A high degree of integrity?
