Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a confident and caring individual who:

• Has proven leadership skills and an understanding of teamwork in a small school
• Will develop the school’s ethos of achieving high academic standards while still allowing for creativity and enrichment within the curriculum
• Is responsible for daily management of the school with some cover teaching when required
• Is forward-looking and proactive by evaluating research and working collaboratively
• Has an understanding of the demands of small schools and their commitments
