Title: Extrusion Operator / Machine Operative **NEW IN, GREAT OPPORTUNITIES AND ONGOING WORK** Our client a leading global packaging company based in Malvern are looking for EXTRUSION OPERATIVES to join their team. This is an ongoing position with the potential of the role leading to a permanent position, along with potential career progression.
**PREVIOUS MACHINE EXPERIENCE DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL AS TRAINING CAN BE PROVIDED**
Duties and Responsibilities: Machine operating Loading material Quality checking Benefits: Ongoing work Career progression Lovely Work Environment Enhanced Overtime Rates Pay: £12.59 per hour (£11.44 plus 10% shift allowance) up to 40 hours Overtime: £18.88 per hour (£17.16 plus 10% shift allowance) after 40 hours Monday to Friday £25.17 per hour (£22.88 plus 10% shift allowance) after 40 hours Saturday and Sunday Shifts: (2 Week Rotational Continental Shift Pattern) 12 hour shift 0700 - 1900 / 1900 - 0700 2 week Rotational shift Week 1: Working - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Days off - Wednesday & Thursday Week 2: Working - Wednesday & Thursday Days Off - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Ltd include: 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Online payslips, Weekly pay and Pension contribution On-going assignments
