Our Team

  • Our Clients Business Solutions customer journey optimisation team owns and delivers operational comms and manages the enablement and training strategy for EBS.
  • Operational comms produce high quality content and communications, keeping out customers and TPIs informed.
  • Enablement and training supports all areas within EBS and will be accountable for maximising sales performance, ensuring the teams have the tools and training they require and managing engagement across EBS.
  • The team works across a range of key segments and customer types and activity is tailored for each audience.
  • The role holder will report to the operational comms lead.

Role Responsibilities

As Marketing and Enablement Assistant, you will work closely with all members of the marketing and enablement team, supporting to deliver a wide range of externally and internally facing activity.

  • You will be expected to engage with stakeholders, escalating where necessary and presenting clear and concise information.
  • You will proofread and produce content in line with our brand guidelines.
  • You will support on the coordination and delivery of a recommendations.
  • You will keep the tracker updated to ensure it's always accurate and we are on track to deliver our plans.

What do I need to be great at this role?

  • You will be highly motivated and extremely organised.
  • Experience in communications would be an advantage but is not essential to this role.
  • You will be passionate about achieving results, maintaining a high level of commitment to getting things done, removing barriers to delivery.
  • You will have experience of supporting projects and managing deadlines.
  • You are committed to health, safety, wellbeing and the environment, and carry out your role in a manner that enables us to be a sustainable business - financially, environmentally and socially.
