Summary
The Ridge Junior School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed Teaching Assistant/Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful school on a permanent basis.
This post will be for 32.5 hours per week, Mon- Fri 8.30am – 3.30pm (30 min unpaid lunch break).Salary - TA - 20.5 hours MPT 5, SCP 7-12 £12,192 - £13,205 (Actual Salary)HLTA -12 hours MPT 7, SCP 20-24 £8811 - £9572 (Actual Salary)The successful candidate will work as a HLTA for 12hrs per week and as a general class TA for 20.5hrs per week.
The role will be supporting teachers in class, working with children on a 1:1 basis, taking small group interventions and participating in leading/supervising play activities alongside all other TA’s. We have high academic standards and outstanding teacher practitioners. We invest in high quality CPD.
