Summary
A L2/3 Early Years Practitioner is needed in a sought-after Montessori nursery located in Stockwell, Lambeth.
Role: L2/3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Stockwell, Lambeth
Schedule: Flexitime, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.25 - £14.00 Per hour (negotiable based on level of experience)
Duties:
• Plan and implement activities that stimulate children's development
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
Provide leadership and guidance to support the team
• Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery setting
Experience:
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Strong drive and enthusiasm for working with children
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in English language
• Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
Skills:
• Knowledge of nursery practices and child development
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership abilities to guide and motivate staff
• Strong organisational skills to manage daily activities effectively
• Experience in caring for and engaging with children
