Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor/ Legal Executive / Paralegal with experience in private client work to join an award winning, innovative law firm. The firm is recognised as one of the top 50 by the Financial Times for its innovation and excellence.

As a Private Client Solicitor/ Legal Executive / Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing probate matters and advising clients on estate planning. This role offers hybrid working.

You will be responsible for:

- Preparing and providing guidance on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

- Advising on estate planning to facilitate the smooth transfer of wealth and assets.

- Managing intricate estate planning matters, including trusts and related legal issues.

- Supporting clients in contentious probate cases, offering expert counsel and representation in disputes.

- Delivering empathetic and professional guidance to clients during sensitive and emotional periods.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in private client work.

- Ideally have background in estate planning and contentious probate.

- Strong client care skills and a sensitive approach.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
