Summary
The post holder is expected to participate in all aspects of the patient pathway as appropriate and will be expected to perform delegated duties with a high degree of clinical skill and knowledge. There is an expectation to act under their own initiative based on their training and current national and local guidelines. The post holder will provide care including history taking, clinical assessment, treatment and evaluation of care. This will be under the guidance of a multi-disciplinary team. To provide strong leadership skills and to act as a senior professional role model at all times, sharing skills and knowledge. To integrate into clinical teams, communicating effectively with all members of the multidisciplinary team. To monitor clinical outcomes and patient experience. To provide a teaching and education service to students as appropriate
