What We're Looking For:
· A kind-hearted individual with a passion for helping children with special educational needs.
· Experience working with children in a school setting or a related field is preferred but not essential. Lived experience and the ability to relate to others would also be relevant.
· Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
Your Day-to-Day Role:
· Supporting students in the classroom, ensuring they feel included and valued.
· Assisting the teacher with lesson planning and classroom management.
· Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN.
· Encouraging student independence and helping them achieve their goals.
