Summary

Our Charity

P3 is a modern, forward-thinking organisation, delivering excellent services for people who face social exclusion. Our values are that we innovate in our work. We're different, creative and like to think of new solutions. We are helpful in everything that we do. We're always friendly and approachable. We are passionate about people.
We believe that what we do can make a real and lasting difference. We are determined to tackle problems that others won't. We always go the extra mile and work with dedication and commitment. We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team at Norman Russell House, where we support people with a history or risk of rough sleeping to make positive moves towards settled accommodation that meets their needs.

Norman Russell House is a 24/7, 365 days of the year service for adults over the age of 18 years with multiple/complex needs. As an accommodation-based service, we:

- Provide support to enable individuals to move on to a more independent lifestyle, maximising their opportunities.

- Provide people with a safe, supportive environment.

- Act as a point of contact with partnership agencies to ensure effective liaison arrangements with respect to individual support are continued and enhanced.

As a Support Worker you will work with people offering support opportunities for them to develop their skills and make decisions about their future. This includes arranging 1 to 1 support sessions, creating and managing personalised plans for individuals. At P3 we take a flexible, creative and non-judgemental approach to delivering support and strive to find a way to help people rather than a reason not to.

What We Offer

In return we offer the chance to join an expanding, dynamic organisation, with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development. We also offer a great benefits package on completion of the probation review:

· 27 days annual leave per year, plus Bank Holidays

· Pension Scheme

· Paycare Employee Assistance Programme

· Excellent Training Opportunities

· Flexible Working Options Available
