What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to ensure safety and certification for all electrical works and testing at Raven, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team of Electricians.

Key responsibilities include:

To carry out NICEIC compliance audits on Electrical/Emergency lighting/Fire Alarms/door entry. Ensure NICEIC regulations are met across the service including related documentation.

To carry out pre-inspection requests to identify works required, including ordering and delivery of materials.

To support the Electrical Manager in ensuring that the cycle of electrical testing is completed to programme, cost and quality; ensuring appointments made are met and completed right first time by staff.

To ensure staff are trained and developed have monthly one to ones, appraisals, and a personal development plan, as well as providing support for general issues of their team members.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

Essential qualifications, including C&G 2360 Parts 1& 2 or 2330 Parts 2 & 3, or equivalent; C&G Electrical NVQ3; and C&G Latest BS 7671 Qualifications.

Experienced people manager with a track record of leading and developing a fast-paced team.

Ability to advise trade staff and contractors about technical repairs solutions.

A full, clean driving licence (transport provided)

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
