We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team at a nursery in Lambeth, working in the preschool unit with children aged 3-5 years old. This full-time position offers a competitive salary depending on qualifications and experience. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, all year round.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children aged 3-5
Monitor and record children's progress and development
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child's development
Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education
Previous experience working with children aged 3-5 years
Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
