We are looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our Menswear department and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and support the Menswear team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Sales & Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, providing expert advice and assistance to customers.
  • Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and merchandising to maximise sales and minimise wastage.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the department is well-presented, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales figures, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Training & Development: Support the development of team members through training, coaching, and providing feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a retail environment, preferably in menswear or fashion.
  • Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
  • Sales Driven: A proactive approach to driving sales and meeting targets.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
