Summary
Salaried GP with an opportunity to consider partnership. (Number of sessions negotiable) We are looking for a list-holding GP to join us at Westlands Medical Centre, in a role with outstanding rewards and flexibility. We are a partnership of 5 GPs with 10500 patients in Portchester, a South Coast village near Fareham. Find out more about our practice. What We Offer: Partnership Potential: A list-holding position comes with a salary premium and offers the opportunity for a future partnership role if it suits all round. Work Variety: The role will include a fair balance of duty clinics and routine GP work. Continuity of Care & Innovation: We prioritise continuity of care for patients and encourage dynamic, innovative approaches to general practice. Our working patterns are continually evolving, to deliver high quality care alongside job satisfaction. Leave allocation of 7 weeks per year (split between study or annual leave, however you wish). What we need from you: Willingness to hold a personal list. Working Fridays is a requirement, with a percentage of duty cover, but other working days are negotiable.
