Canvey Island Based - Part time 9:30-2:30 4 days a week with Holiday cover as an extra.
Position Overview:
The main role will be on H&S compliance, Industry Audits and Staff Training, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's adherence to regulations. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations for anything related to Health and Safety, Training, along with other administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Help with the completion of industry-specific audits.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records related to compliance activities.
- Coordinate training programs for employees and facilitate communication of compliance-related information.
- Assist in responding to inquiries and Internal Sales
-Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
