What you’ll do:

  • Provide porterage services such as moving furniture, disposing of furniture, delivering ready made packed lunches around the site, milk deliveries to buildings, water deliveries to buildings, delivering cleaning product and equipment to storage cupboards when they are delivered to site.

  • Escorting contractors around site.

  • Follow and monitor processes to ensure the customers receive the highest level of customer service

  • Keep our teams safe by having a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required

  • Operate Forklift Truck

What you bring: 

  • A clean driving license which you have held for over 2 years (must be aged over 25 for insurance purposes)

  • Must be willing to be trained to operate a Forklift Truck

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key

  • A diligent and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Package Description

General Operative

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6am to 2pm.
  • Tuesday & Thursday 7am to 3pm
  • 40 hours per week
  • £12.55 per hour + Sodexo benefits
  • Free parking onsite

  • 28 Days Holiday increasing to 33 days with service (including Bank Holidays)
