Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between residents and management, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Facilitate resident engagement initiatives, workshops, and community events to promote interaction and feedback.
Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather resident feedback and implement improvements accordingly.
Ensure accurate and timely communication of community policies, announcements, and updates to residents.
Manage resident records, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve resident issues, ensuring follow-up and resolution within agreed timeframes.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents to promote retention and a sense of community.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in community relations or customer service.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a residential or community-focused environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing resident needs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with relevant local legislation and community resources.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and foster a team-oriented environment.
