Summary
Title: FLT Counterbalance / Warehouse Operative The Best Connection Ltd are currently seeking Coldstore Operatives with a FLT certificate for a manufacturer and distributor of food products in the Whitchurch area.
For this role you will require your own transport due to the location.
Responsibilities of the Operative: Loading and unloading vehicles of pallets Grading stock where required Safely store pallets in the warehouse Inspect all intake pallets for damage any concerns immediately report to Operations Manager Keep forklift clean and top up batteries as required Some packaging work Requirements of the Operative: Full in date FLT Counterbalance license Attention to detail Motivated individual Problem Solving skills Dependable and reliable Organised Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am - 16:15pm (overtime available) Pay: £11.44 weeks 1-12 £12.43 weeks 13+ Overtime paid at Time & 1/2 (£17.16) Benefits: Company pension On-site parking Temp to Perm Immediate start

- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- 24hr Oncall Support
