Search Consultancy one of the UK's leading nursing recruitment businesses are recruiting for Nurse Case Managers to work across North London and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You'll have the opportunity to earn a very competitive salary of £45k and receive excellent benefits. The Nurse Case Manager is responsible for ensuring client's receive high standards of care delivered by carer safety within their caseload.
Your job:
Working as a Nurse Case Manager is a timely opportunity to join a pool of dedicated nurses who are responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care across South London. All of our care and attention is delivered in clients' homes by skilled and experienced Healthcare Assistants. They undertake an in-house training programme and are assessed against in-house competencies.
One of your critical responsibilities is the effective co-ordination of care staff, resources and logistics support to ensure the effective delivery of field and head office services.

What you'll need to bring:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 6 months in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
- Tracheostomy and Ventilator experience essential.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond quickly to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Confident, passionate and possess a can-do attitude.
