Are you a skilled Mechanical/HVAC Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable and rewarding role in Salisbury? Our Facilities Management client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team, working on a single site.
About the Role:As a Static Mechanical/HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical and HVAC systems on-site. You will ensure the systems operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall functionality and comfort of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in equipment.
- Perform inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members and site personnel to address and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical/HVAC Maintenance Engineer.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or HVAC.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Competitive salary up to £38,000 per annum.
