Are you a seasoned housekeeper with a meticulous approach to cleanliness and a knack for leading a team to excellence? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Head Housekeeper at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes.

As our Head Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our homes. Leading a dedicated team of Housekeepers and Laundry Assistants, you will take pride in ensuring that every room and living space is impeccably clean, tidy, and maintained at all times. Your commitment to hygiene and infection control will create a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, their families, and our team members.

About you:

Proven experience in housekeeping with high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service.
Commitment to hygiene and infection control practices.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
