Job description
Overview:
The Energy Experts are seeking an office administrator to join our team. The leads have already been generated by our canvassing teams and require a follow up call to arrange a time to either attend the clients home for one of our solar design team to present to them, or, arranging an appointment virtually using Microsoft Teams.

This role involves scheduling appointments for our solar, battery & energy services specialists & supporting the sales team in generating leads. Other duties will be to chase old leads / opportunities, calling customers we have presented to historically but who did not buy & reigniting their interest. You will be dealing with door to door canvassers, arranging which areas they will attend and sorting out the logistics of getting our canvassers to site. You will manage all of the metrics associated with sales targets, providing reports on where leads came from, the cost per lead, which of our design consultants received which lead, did the lead sit or cancel & generally putting weekly reports together. You will work very closely with our sales Manager and will prepare reports and data ready for the weekly sales meeting.

Good organisational skills are essential to be successful in this role, a friendly telephone manner and the ability to learn on the job are also required.

Duties:
- Calling and speaking to prospective clients who have already been contacted by our door to door canvassing teams. Communicate with prospective customers to schedule appointments for solar panel consultations, either at the clients home, or virtually via a Microsoft Teams call.
- Utilise software systems, including Microsoft, Calendly & Salesforce, to manage and track appointments, updating client information after each point of contact.
Preparing weekly sales reports and monitoring daily activity related to our canvassers and sales that come in.

Skills:
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, a friendly telephone manner and the ability to retain information.
- Familiarity with software systems is preferred but not entirely essential as we will train the right applicant. Microsoft, Calendly & Salesforce, are the primary software platforms that we use.
