We have a great opportunity for a Part Time Coffee Shop Assistant to join our ‘Brewers Home’ Café team working Saturday and Sunday.
Located inside our Brewers store on Birch Road, Eastbourne our busy and popular café sits next to our showroom and serves not only customers visiting the store for interior design and home décor ideas but also attracts much passing custom as it has become a well-known hot spot thanks to our selection of high quality teas, coffees and locally produced cakes and snacks. Our café is a vibrant inspirational space where customers can relax while considering choices for their home décor projects.

As a Coffee Shop Assistant with Brewers Home, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Serving customers in a polite and friendly manner building relationships with our regular customers and creating special experiences for first time visitors• Offering a selection of hot and cold beverages• Ensuring Café and service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe• Other duties will include cash handling, replenishing stock and taking an active part in any unit sales promotions

• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Welcoming and friendly personality• Great attention to detail• Organised and good at multitasking• Flexible – with the ability to work additional hours / shifts when required would be beneficial• Previous experience in a similar environment would be preferable although not essential
