Summary
The service are also dedicated to taking part in research and have been one of the recruiting sites for the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) funded SPS study at Imperial College London. Staff from the South Warwickshire service have close links with other Psychological Therapists within the Trust through peer supervision, service development meetings, special interest groups, CPD events and our Annual Psychological Services Conference. The service regularly offers core and specialist trainee placements as it has strong links with the Coventry and Warwickshire Doctorate in Clinical Psychology course.
