Summary

To develop and maintain up to date car parking database to run and monitor reports from the system. Provide and receive complex or sensitive information and share across teams and stakeholders as appropriate. Acting as a first point of contact for the department, dealing and responding effectively with complex enquiries from stakeholders in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information and referring to other team members as appropriate, sensitively and autonomously. Accurate and timely inputting onto department database, maintaining data storage and archiving of data as required and in accordance with procedures. To handle complaints in accordance with standard operational policy, de-escalating and resolving where possible and escalating to the appropriate person as required. Provide effective communication and problem solving both face to face and via telephone. Be sympathetic and sensitive to the requirements of staff, service users when communicating by telephone or face to face, including dealing with a difficult situation. Attend departmental meetings on a regular basis. Contribute to building effective teamwork in exchanging views, ideas and communicating effectively. To assist with the collection and provision of statistical data as required and the ability to extract, manipulate, analyse complex data sets and communicate them in an easy-to-understand manner.
