Summary


We are looking for a part time Receptionist/Ward Clerk to work in a busy, customer service based role within the Cardiac Catheter Labs at Manchester Royal Infirmary.

The successful candidate will work alongside Consultants, Nurses and AHPs to ensure our patients and their families receive the best care possible and we are looking for someone to bring a positive approach to our working environment.

Successful candidates must have excellent IT skills and experience working in a customer service or healthcare environment as you will be expected to use IT and communication equipment, and data input. You should demonstrate high levels of personal commitment to facilitate the delivery of a patient focused service.

You will need to work flexibly and apply a methodical approach to a varying workload. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

A friendly and conscientious outlook is also required as is the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and patients.
• The service runs 08:00 until 18:00 Monday-Friday
• Shift patterns are within the above hours
