Our trainer coach will deliver workshops to our apprenticeship learners on the programme. They will ensure the most effective and up-to-date approaches are implemented to prepare learners to successfully progress in their Health and Social Care qualification.
Our apprenticeship program provides learners with hands-on training and theoretical knowledge in Health and Social Care, equipping them with essential skills for a successful career in the industry.

Your impact
• Tasked with delivering health and social care workshops, which engage, motivate, and upskill learners.
• Accountable for reminder communications to all learners attending your sessions.
• Responsible for following up with learners who miss sessions.
• Responsible for updating each learner's Smart Assessor file with the knowledge learned from the workshop, ensuring progress has been made, and closing the session accurately.
• In charge of offering additional support if any learner has an identified ALN.
• Attend regular standardisation sessions with your peers to share best practices and review current or new course content.
• Tasked with achieving learner feedback results at a 90% good or above score on peer observations.

What are we looking for?
Essential
• Relevant teaching qualification
• Occupational experience in Health and Social Care
• Proven occupational experience and technical competence in Health and Social Care delivery.
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
