Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

St Peter and St Paul Catholic Voluntary Academy are looking an Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Behaviour and Safeguarding to join their dynamic Senior Leadership team.

You will be a strong Behaviour and Safeguarding practitioner and senior/middle leader with experience in raising standards in your previous role.

This is not a reserved post for a practicing Catholic however you must be willing and able to play a lead role in ensuring that our Catholic ethos is central to our culture and everyday practices.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an experienced and highly successful Leadership Team and support the Headteacher in achieving the strategic vision of the school.

St Peter and St Paul Catholic Voluntary Academy is an Ofsted rated Good Secondary school and base in Lincoln and serves a wide geographical area of Lincolnshire.

We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.

• Be able to build successful teams and work collaboratively with others to achieve success.
• Can motivate yourself and others.
• Be able to respond and adapt effectively to changing circumstances, maintaining high levels of performance.
• Actively listen and effectively communicate to a wide range of audiences.
