Monday to Friday - Term-Time only (39 weeks per year)
Permanent - 37 hours per week
Salary: £21,262.05 per year

What You'll Do Every Day:- Put students at the center of everything you do.
- Help create a positive, supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
- Work 1:1 and in small groups, making learning fun and accessible.
- Support Tutors with delivering exciting and engaging lessons.
- Celebrate student achievements and milestones.
- Help plan cool outings and trips to enrich learning.
- Assist with key administrative tasks to keep the College running smoothly.
- Passion for helping young people (ages 19-25) with special needs succeed.
- Creativity to think up new ideas and activities to engage students.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Problem-solving skills to handle challenges confidently.
- Strong communication skills-both speaking and writing.
- A commitment to work toward a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning (we'll fund it if needed!).
- Experience in a classroom or education setting is a plus.
- Ideally, some knowledge of Autism, Epilepsy, or PMLD-but don't worry if you're new to this!
