Monday to Friday - Term-Time only (39 weeks per year)
Permanent - 37 hours per week
Salary: £21,262.05 per year

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll be part of a creative, energetic team of Therapists, Nurses, and Support Workers who work together to empower students and transform lives. Every day brings new opportunities to make a difference!

What You'll Do Every Day:
  • Put students at the center of everything you do.
  • Help create a positive, supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups, making learning fun and accessible.
  • Support Tutors with delivering exciting and engaging lessons.
  • Celebrate student achievements and milestones.
  • Help plan cool outings and trips to enrich learning.
  • Assist with key administrative tasks to keep the College running smoothly.
What They're Looking For:
  • Passion for helping young people (ages 19-25) with special needs succeed.
  • Creativity to think up new ideas and activities to engage students.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle challenges confidently.
  • Strong communication skills-both speaking and writing.
  • A commitment to work toward a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning (we'll fund it if needed!).
  • Experience in a classroom or education setting is a plus.
  • Ideally, some knowledge of Autism, Epilepsy, or PMLD-but don't worry if you're new to this!
