Summary

Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisors Contract: Part Time, Fixed Term Contracts Salary: Ai - £23,152 - £23,864 pro rata (£12.00 per hour) Start: As soon as possible What we are looking for: We are currently seeking three Lunchtime Supervisors to work at Haywood Village Academy in Weston Super Mare on a fixed term contract basis until August 2025 Hours of work will be Monday-Friday 11.45am - 1.15 pm (7.5 hours per week). As a Lunchtime Supervisor, your duties will include setting up dining furniture and cutlery, cleaning during and after meals and supervising the children during their play, including applying first aid. In this role you will be proactive and efficient, as well as able to foster positive 'working friendships' with children and staff. You will need to be firm, fair and yet be able to reinforce our positive approach to developing excellent behaviour. If you have experience of supporting and caring for children and you are confident to guide and talk to groups of young children, we would like to hear from you.
