What you’ll do:

  • Safety and Compliance of customer, team, and assets.
  • Develop strong relationships with day-to-day clients.
  • Work with the team to support internal departments with the planning of activities and events on site.
  • Point of contact for client and service delivery team for all technical requests relating to events and meetings.
  • To liaise closely with line manager to monitor expenditure.
  • Support with site inductions relating to events and activities on site when needed.
  • Carry out daily meeting room and community space checks including meeting room equipment.
  • Provide support and escalation of technical issues.
  • Support employee experience workplace experience roadshows.
  • To meet and greet building users and visitors in a welcoming manner.
  • Maintain constant surveillance of entrance and reception providing maximum visibility.
  • Provide appropriate assistance as needed to building users, guests, and visitors in suitable and professional manner.
  • To be fully compliant with the building’s security measures regarding access controls.
  • Photocopying, managing incoming / outgoing post, preparing letters, filing, diary management etc.
  • Managing emails and phone calls.

What you bring: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key

  • A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service

  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
