Up to £48,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

37.5 hours per week

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and you will be able to provide clinical leadership, act as a mentor and role model and lead the theatre in the absence of the Endoscopy Manager. You will support individuals and teams to deliver safe, high quality and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients. Along the way, you'll build strong relationships with consultants, hospital senior leaders, a wide range of healthcare professionals and, of course, patients.

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, your training should include a minimum of ILS. You will have experience of managing a variety of procedures such as Colonoscopy, OGD's and Flexi Sig. As well as knowledge of several diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures including bronchoscopy, ERCP, EUS . A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an endoscopy setting is essential. You'll be accountable for motivating and educating your peers within the multidisciplinary team. Offering full time, part time and bank positions applicants will be willing to work flexibly across different shift patterns covering a five-day service and participation in the departmental on-call Rota is required.

We've opened the doors to Nuffield Health at St Bartholomew's Hospital: The City of London's only independent hospital, situated next to St Bartholomew's NHS hospital. This is our flagship center for cardiac services and will also provide a full range of surgical and medical services, including: orthopaedics, oncology, general surgery, genecology and urology services.

Our hospital consists of 55 beds, including 7 Specialist intensive care beds, four of the most advanced digital operating theatres and Endoscopy and minor ops theatre. With 28 consultation rooms. Cardiac catheterisation lab, Oncology Day unit and full diagnostic imaging suite including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography and general X-ray.
