Summary
Key responsibilities are:- To act as site lead for Chase Farm site Deliver the RFL Dispensary Services (RFLDS) strategy Investigate and analyse incidents, identify and mitigate emerging risks Support in delivery of Key Performance Indicators and adherence to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) held with Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and other customers. Support delivery of the workforce strategy to ensure continued levels of safe and competent staffing. Ensure both sites maintains standards such that it remains a GPhC registered dispensary. To ensure the safe, efficient and effective delivery of all aspects of the outpatient pharmacy services, in accordance with national and local standards To be a member of the appropriate Boards and committees for pharmacy services
