Summary
Principal Network Compliance Officer needed in North London Paying £32 per hr ref 012480
Full time hours on a temporary basis

- Deputise for the Network Team Leader to ensure service continuity.
- Lead and provide expert guidance on the New Roads and Street Works Act, Highways Act, and maintenance.
- Oversee daily inspections and enforcement for street works and highway safety.
- Ensure compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Traffic Management Act 2004, and associated codes, including the London Permit Scheme.
- Enforce the Highways Act 1980 using various legal documents and notices.
- Represent the Client at public inquiries, meetings, and provide technical reports.
- Prepare legal reports and evidence, and assist lawyers in legal proceedings.
- Issue notices regarding highway activities.
- Conduct inspections of statutory undertakers’ and highway authority’s works for compliance with safety codes.
