Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading engineering company in their search for a Finance and Office Administrator to work at their facility in Mold
For the successful Finance and Office Administrator our client is offering:
• £25,000 - £28,000 a year
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Temporary to Permanent position
• Training and Development
The role - Finance and Office Administrator:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
• Maintain contact lists and customer databases
• Source suppliers with most competitive prices
• Maintain an inventory of PPE equipment, uniform, first aid supplies, stationary, ordering when necessary
• Reconcile and match purchase orders received with quotes issued, and approve/decline quotes accordingly
• Input enquiries onto the in-house system
• Input quotation data onto system and send to client
• Record all client correspondence on in-house system, ensuring all are dealt with in a timely manner with the Contract
• Produce in-house purchase order requests
• Oversight of field teams on a day to day basis ensuring adherence to current daily start and finish times via Team Leaders
• Produce monthly information and reports for clients
• Organize vehicle/machines repairs, services, MOT’s and Tax with external suppliers
What our client is looking for in a Finance and Office Administrator:
• Be able to take initiative and exercise sound independent judgement within areas of responsibility
• Ability to compose correspondence from brief instructions; communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing
• Background in financial figures -ESSENTIAL
• Experience in HR- DESIRABLE
• Proactive attitude
• Accuracy and high quality
• Experience with ISO 9001 & 14001 - ESSENTIAL
