Summary

M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operative - Tiverton

Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Tiverton area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board and other Traffic Management roles.

Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:-

Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to carry out work to a high standard
Good communication skills

Applicants must have:

Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential)
CSCS card (Preferred)
Good timekeeping skills
Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
Driving License (Preferred)

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday , days or nights.

Rate of Pay:

£13 per hour
Overtime at 150% after 40 hours Monday – Friday, nights and Saturdays
Standby payments for being on call Monday – Thursday or Friday - Sunday

These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:

Accrued Holiday Pay from day one
Pension contributions (after a qualifying period)
Weekly Pay
Overtime at overtime rates
No umbrella payments or fees
Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip.
