What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver services across breakfast, lunch, dinner and hospitality.
  • Work within a talented team of 27, serving 100 customers on-site
  • Step in for the head chef during absences, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist the head chef in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus
  • Share responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
  • Maintain excellence in food quality and customer service, ensuring high standards are met
  • Collaborate with the head chef to manage kitchen areas and team performance
