An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to oversee two practices across the stunning county of Somerset. This region boasts beautiful stretches of sandy coastline, caves, moors, the unique Somerset Levels, areas of outstanding natural beauty, vibrant towns, internationally renowned art galleries, and great food. And yes, cider.
As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of these practices. You will assume key leadership responsibilities, managing day-to-day operations, developing the team, and overseeing overall management. This role offers you the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of patients, clients, and team members, while fostering a happy work environment and promoting a healthy work-life balance for all staff.
The practices are well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including ECG, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Dentistry, and an in-house laboratory. The successful candidate will bring a solid understanding of practice environments, ideally from a Veterinary, GP, or Dental practice setting. You must appreciate and strive for exceptional care, understanding how it enhances the client experience.
Key requirements include proficiency with computer systems, experience using Microsoft Office, strong numeracy and analytical skills, and experience in managing and leading a team.
